texture request

hello, since i was in jail for my first time(ig)

i have managed to notice something.

while it was raining all the floor in the cells and inside room cells was wet!

so im standing inside and thinking(?),

hownis it possible that the floor is wet 

when there is a roof above me?

please fix all the in jail texture or at least the floor

so it wouldn't show the rain falling down making the floor wet inside.
